By providing us with payment information, you authorize us to store it and use it as a payment method for orders placed through your Smart Rosie.com account, including the Smart Rosie affiliated websites and properties accessed through your cleanrosie.com account details. By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the products and all applicable shipping and handling fees and taxes. You will not be charged for most orders until they are shipped.

Smart Rosie reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order for any reason, including without prior notice. We will attempt to notify you of such limits. Among other available measures, Smart Rosie has the right to limit or terminate your account, cancel or refuse orders if you violate or abuse Smart Rosie’s return policy.

B. Price information and availability
The selling prices of the products on Smart Rosie are indicated in euros and include VAT. Smart Rosie cannot confirm the price or availability of an item until after we receive your order. Errors in price or availability may appear on the Smart Rosie sites. Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order or confirmation of an offer to purchase a product. Smart Rosie reserves the right to cancel orders with errors in price or availability without further obligation to you, even after receiving an order or shipping confirmation from Smart Rosie. Smart Rosie may either ask for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation, at its sole discretion.

C. Promotional Codes
Promotional codes are time-limited and may expire or be discontinued with or without notice. Promotional codes are void where prohibited by law. They may not be sold or otherwise transferred and are not redeemable for cash. We reserve the right to change or cancel promotional codes at any time and for any reason and to establish conditions for their use.

The products will be shipped, where applicable, to the address you provide, provided it is complete and complies with the shipping restrictions specified on the Smart Rosie pages. All transactions are based on a shipment contract, with risk of loss and title to the products passing to you upon delivery to the carrier. You may terminate your account registered with us at your sole discretion by notifying us of your desire to terminate via email, PROVIDED that at the time of your request to terminate, all existing orders have been fully processed. An existing order is considered fully processed when it (a) has been delivered, (b) has been cancelled before payment, or (c) has been returned in accordance with our return policy.

Please note that once your account is closed, you will no longer be able to:
(a) log in to our Sites as a registered user;
(b) access your orders via Track Order;
(с) view any comments you have posted on the Sites;
(d) use any unused coupons prior to your request for deletion or receive new coupons;
(e) request any personal information we have collected from you, as we will delete all personal information from our system, including but not limited to your personal information related to your orders, delivery address, purchase logs and shopping list;
(f) request a reinstatement of your account. However, you may re-create an account using the same email address, but without access to the personal information of the deleted account.

We assure you that we will not send you any newsletters or marketing emails after we have accepted and processed your cancellation request. During the transition period from when we process your request until we delete your personal information from our system, you will not receive any marketing emails from us.

Upon receipt of your account cancellation request, we will ask you to confirm in writing. Once we have ensured that you have fully understood the implications of your cancellation request, we will process your request within 14 calendar days and notify you of the outcome of your account closure by email.
