Return Process:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or replacement.
Please do not send any returns without prior confirmation from our support team.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method, typically within 7 business days for credit/debit card payments and 3 business days for PayPal.
Shipping:
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product has a quality issue. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items over $50.
